Do you sell seedballs?
No, seed balls are bulky and heavy compared to the relatively low numbers of seeds contained inside them. This generally means they need a lot of packaging, for not many seeds, which means more lorry loads are needed to transport them all over the country - seems a waste of resources doesn’t it? We would far rather sell you good old fashioned loose seeds in packaging that best suits the quantity of seeds. Keep it simple!
How should I store my seeds before planting?
To ensure your seeds remain viable, store them in a cool, dry place. A sealed container in a dark cupboard or drawer is ideal. Avoid direct sunlight, excessive heat, or humidity, as these can decrease seed viability over time.
What types of seeds do you sell?
At Roselyn Seeds, we specialise in a variety of high-quality, small seed packets for both beginners and seasoned gardeners. Our selection includes vegetables, herbs, wildflowers, and green manure seeds to help you create a rich and diverse garden.
Do you sell seeds in bulk?
No, we specialise in small packets for gardeners.
Do you sell your packets wholesale?
Yes, we offer a selection of our products wholesale, with the option of a custom made Roselyn Seeds display stand. We can deal directly with the retailer or provide the retailer with a trade login for our website. More information is available on our wholesale orders page.
Are your packets plastic free?
We strongly believe in using suitable alternatives to plastic wherever possible. The majority of our products are supplied in 100% plastic-free packaging, using sustainably sourced paper and compostable glassine. Larger packets use a re-sealable pouch which is not plastic free, however we are always looking at plastic-free alternatives.
Do you sell outside the UK
No, we only sell in England, Wales and Scotland.
Your Order
When will I get my order?
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days of the order date. Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method chosen at checkout. For orders £5.00 and over, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
How many days do I have to initiate a refund or exchange?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
